• A membership fee of Three Hundred Pesos (₱300.00) shall be collected upon the approval of membership application and deposit of the initial share capital/fixed deposit of not less than Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) or 25 shares.
  • A member shall subscribe at least one hundred (100) shares (par value of P100.00) equivalent to Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00) payable for a period of six (6) months from the date of membership approval.
  •  Failure to complete the required minimum share capital for the period provided shall require the applicant to undergo PMES again and shall be required to pay all fees relative to the attendance to PMES.
