REGISTRATION: 7:00AM-9:30AM (including distribution of ballots, tokens, programs and GA allowances)

𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚:
1. Strictly NO PROXY on the REGISTRATION.
2. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗗. Each individual have to be 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 (BOOSTER not needed). 𝘍𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘺 70 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 M𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳-𝘈𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘛𝘢𝘴𝘬 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦.
3. The following positions will be filled up: (7) Board of Directors; (4) Audit and Inventory Committee Members; and (3) Election Committee Members)
4. Bring your SMPC ID or any Government ID (Preferably TIN ID), for proper identification. 𝗡𝗢 𝗜𝗗, 𝗡𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘.
5. Members with past due loans as of December 31, 2021 are not entitled to entrance and exit allowances, however they are entitled to Tokens.
